Batch VI

Zhu-Lou is creating a Student Information System (SIS) to help administrators better manage their schools, and to help parents monitor and improve their child’s grades.

Unlike the West, China does not currently have a system in place to track grades and other student information at public schools. This situation makes it very difficult for principals to manage their schools. Zhu-Lou’s system makes it easy for teachers to enter grades, and for administrators to monitor the data and run reports. It’s cloud-based, so the system is accessible from any internet-connected computer.

In addition, parents will be able to monitor their own child’s grades. This will help them find out how their child might do on the college entrance exam (gaokao) and help them find areas for improvement.
