As the Data Partner for Bristol Myers Squibb in Asia, Victoria Hoang counsels teams on data privacy and cybersecurity law, and defines data governance for enterprise-level initiatives across R&D, Manufacturing and Commercialization.

Victoria has over 20 years of experience in life sciences and management consulting. She has served on several innovation incubation programs, most recently as the Head Partner for Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs, spearheading digitalization efforts, measuring value and risk of a large portfolio of digital capabilities.

Prior to BMS, Victoria spent her career in technology consulting and with venture investment division for GREY Global in Boston and New York.

She holds a MBA from NYU Stern Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College in Architecture and Chinese Studies.
