Roop is the Founder and Principal at Intuit Factory, a Blockchain business strategy consulting & education firm. Singh delivered a TEDx talk in March 2019 on “Who owns your digital identity? Blockchain unlocking the identity revolution.” He then followed up with another TEDx talk in Feb 2020 on, “How digital assets are changing the nature of value?”.

As a public speaker, Singh helps audiences understand the potential, impacts, pitfalls and risks, guiding the evolution of business and society into a Blockchain, IoT and AI-driven world. He designed and teaches executives Blockchain Strategy for Business Leaders. As a trainer and a coach, Singh designs and delivers seminars, workshops, and training for Fortune 100 and Global 2000 clients. He has also featured as a guest lecturer and invited panelist at Harvard University, Emory University, Georgia Tech and others.

He created the Blockchain Business Diagnostic Model to understand why do blockchain companies fail and hence how can they succeed. Now he uses it guide startups, corporations and VC funds. He’s appointed on the board of directors at Deal Box where advises their portfolio companies in the blockchain and crypto space. He’s the co-chair for the blockchain society for Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

Prior to delving into the blockchain space, Singh was a business transformation leader with 14 years of experience driving change at the intersection of business and technology. As a techno-strategist, his expertise includes business process transformation, business architecture, product design, customer experience design, and aligning strategy and operational process excellence. His professional experience spans leading corporations as well as multilateral United Nations programs, non-profits, and startups.
