Patrick Daly is the Chief Executive Officer of Sonas Home Health Care. His extensive experience in management, sales, marketing, and operations combined with 20 years in the home healthcare industry have helped him grow the organization into a brand singularly focused on defining how home health care should be done in the technology age.

In his role at Sonas, Patrick is responsible for the company’s vision and growth strategies including vital planning and business integration, business and sales development, risk identification and mitigation, and budget management. His clear direction and supervision of programs and projects drive the organization’s sustainability.

Patrick’s prior experience as Director of Sales and Marketing at Fusion Health Care and Division Director at BAYADA Home Health Care taught him how to capitalize on market opportunities to lead change in people, processes, and business practices.

Patrick is originally from Reading, Pennsylvania and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Armstrong State University. He lives with his wife, Bebe Daly, son and daughter in Delray Beach, Florida.
