Misha is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Chia Project. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Delta-V Global, a consulting firm focused on helping cutting edge financial services enterprises expand their businesses globally. Prior to Delta-V, Misha was a global portfolio manager and the Chief Executive Officer of PAAMCO Asia, the Asia-Pacific Division of PAAMCO Prisma, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$30bn in total assets. Over the course of his career, Misha has worked for both large organizations such as Goldman Sachs and Oppenheimer as well as a tech startup and 3 companies of his own founding. He has been an analyst, an investor, a financier, a CFO, a strategist, a salesperson and a leader, and has focused on the technology sector for a large portion of his career. Misha holds a BSBA from Georgetown University, Magna Cum Laude, a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, Magna Cum Laude, and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

Misha is passionate about mentoring and teaching talented, driven entrepreneurs who are making the next generation of technology a reality. With his diverse background, areas in which Misha can help his mentees achieve their goals include building out operational infrastructure, developing or improving the effectiveness of a salesforce, budgeting and creating financial models, and crafting stories for investors and strategic partners. Misha also loves working with leaders, and he is happy to listen to and encourage thinking on leadership challenges such as how to make everyone run in the same direction at the same time, as well as on the personal and organizational challenges of making hard decisions.
