Mark Wächter is the Chief Metaverse Mover at Metaverse Monday. Wächter is mobile aficionado from the very first start. As marketer with many years professional and leadership experience in the areas of Consumer Goods (Unilever), Internet (UUNET, WorldCom) and Mobile Communications (T-Mobile), he founded MWC.mobi, a worldwide active management consultancy focusing on Mobile Strategy Development in May 2005. In the past years he served clients in over 30 countries on all continents. Wächter is chair of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) in Germany and member of the MMA EMEA Board of Directors. He is co-founder and global ambassador of MobileMonday. In December 2015 SpringerGabler publish his book, ‘MOBILE STRATEGY’. As a globally well respected Mobile Media Evangelist and Strategist aka ‚Mr. Mobile‘, Wächter is acting as advisor on many Mobile Initiatives as well as mentoring start-ups in different accelerators in China, India, Israel and Southeast Asia. In May 2016, he co-initiated the global Digital Health Society Future for Health (FTR4H) and conducts an annual event in China. In 2017 he joined SOSV as mentor.
