Lester is a Singaporean whose media & advertising experience spans over two decades and across Singapore and Greater China. Having moved to China in 2005, Lester has since called Shanghai home where he has held several senior management positions across Publicis Groupe, Omnicom and Interpublic.
Lester currently heads up growth for OMD China which entails building partnerships, client solutions and initiatives that OMD’s wide roster of clients can leverage on. Lester is always happy to chat about what’s next in martech and to explore new ventures that brands can benefit from, in the now, near and next.
Prior to joining OMD China, Lester was with Universal Music Group where he ran the brand partnership team for Greater China. In his spare time, Lester enjoys playing the drums, his PS5 and with his kids, not necessarily in that order.
