Hillary Garris is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of NoMad Venture Partners. She brings over 15 years of finance experience serving as a strategic and operational partner to executive management and boards during periods of rapid growth and transformation. She has served as CFO for several private equity backed ventures focused on SaaS, eCommerce, crowdsourced platforms, and data analytics technologies.

Garris enjoys working hands on with companies and has a track record of accelerating growth, improving productivity, and increasing profitability by creating and executing strategies, providing financial control, developing technology, creating performance improvement programs, and implementing sales and marketing initiatives.

Garris began her career researching and investing in technology companies at Oaktree Capital’s Emerging Markets Fund. Later, as part of the global finance team at AB InBev, she led the company’s equity listing on the NYSE following its $52 billion acquisition of Anheuser-Busch.

She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
