Helen Han is the CEO of IMT 虹略管理科技. Prior to that, she was the Managing Director of Unilever at OMG Group. Han is a seasoned business leader, angel investor and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in business and startup management across various industries such as advertising, PR, marketing communication, IT, FMCG, B2B service industries and etc.

Helen’s expertise ranges from angel investment, general management, leadership, corporate reputation and crisis management to social media, content marketing, digital marketing, creative and disruptive branding, business development, user experience and acquisition in China, Asia and Europe. She frequently lectures at industry associations, chambers of commerce as well as in the conference rooms and events of Fortune 500 MNCs and startups.

For her outstanding achievement, Helen was awarded China Business Person of the Year 2015 by China Finance and Investment Forum. Her extensive network in business, media and investor communities in China, Asia, Europe and US certainly benefit startups and established businesses in the strategic and scalable way.

Helen holds Master of Business Administration degree from University of Southern California with its renowned global executive program (GEMBA) and Bachelor’s degree of Management Science from Fudan University.

Helen is native Chinese with German nationality. She and her husband are enjoying immensely the fast paced and ever transforming life in Shanghai, China.
