Eli Bernstein is a Legal Counsel at Fantom Foundation and a Senior Associate at Nakamoto Legal. Prior to that, Bernstein is a Managing Partner at CryptIQ Capital, a blockchain advisory firm and acts as an advisor. He has a background in finance, innovation strategy and business development for emerging markets and technologies. Bernstein consulted to companies in diverse sectors including energy, resources, finance, technology, and law – including as chairman of an ASX-listed company, as consultant to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WA) and as president of the Australia-India Business Council (WA).

Bernstein has experience with commercialisation and business development with a primary focus on fintech and legaltech companies.
