Previously the Chief Executive Officer of 4A’s advertising agencies in China and Hong Kong, including Leo Burnett, J Walter Thompson, TBWA\ and HAVAS. A Cannes Grand Juror and Top 10 Advertising Executive in China. Donald has worked with an impressive list of Brands including Huawei, Anta, Pfizer, McDonald’s, Coca Cola, General Motors, Shanghai Volkswagen, China Mobile, HSBC, P&G, Bank of Communications etc.

In 2018, Mr. Chan has found Innozate as an angel investment firm with a mission to unlock the power of innovation in Generation Z within the Greater Bay area, to help young entrepreneurs to succeed by providing capital investment , to brand marketing consulting and marketing communications support.
