Chenchen Liu is an Assistant General Counsel at SOSV and provides oversight on legal issues primarily for the SOSV Cross Border Program.

Before joining SOSV, Chenchen was an associate at a reputable Chinese law firm in Shanghai, focusing on private investment and venture capital transactions as well as daily corporate legal affairs. She holds a JD from University of Sydney and a LL.M from Georgetown University Law Center.
