With over a decade in Beijing, and an active member of the Chinese startup ecosystem, Andre is a Brazil national with a multidisciplinary background spanning from startups, film, and the communications field enabling him to empathize with the process of conceptualizing and moving ideas forward. Following his experience building startups and working for companies such as PayPal and MSN.com, Andre works as Innovation Manager at Ericsson ONE, Ericsson’s internal startup accelerator. There he focus on communications, training and coaching a community of innovators of one of the world’s most innovative companies to build amazing new startups. Member of the Techstars community, he is also organizer for the Techstars Startup Weekend and curator for the event startup newsletter Techstars Startup Digest, and leads the Latam China Startups initiative.
