Senior Product Manager
Using Toch’s platform, OTT companies can identify the right opportunities to present ads based on crowd excitement levels in sporting areas, helping broadcasters increase monetization from ad sales.
The Senior/Product Manager is responsible for working with business unit lead to develop product plan and implement key brand initiatives, including gathering and prioritizing marketing information, generating key messages, developing materials and conducting effective marketing activities.
The Product Manager’s job also includes forecasting, identifying key marketing opportunities, understanding customer needs, working with vendors, and cooperating with sales team and other internal departments to develop and implement marketing initiatives. This positional will also take the leading role for digital commercialization excellence for marketing projects.
•Work with business unit lead to define the product strategy and brand plan.
•Good understanding of marketing knowledge and marketing skill, such as forecasting, marketing analysis, strategic thinking, etc.
•Create and implement strategic and tactical programs to expand and penetrate the market.
•Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate all marketing, promotional and advertising activities, and proactively identify and capture new business opportunities
•Analytical and good at communication with sales team cross function, and external vendors.
•Develop and execute marketing activities through digital channels
•Maintain close relationship with our business partners both internal and external stakeholders.
•Ability to priorities tasks / activities and meet deadlines/milestones.
•Prepare sales and marketing forecasts, budget and analysis reports.
•Bachelor degree is required. Major in Marketing related or MBA is a plus.
•Good Marketing sense and excellent strategic thinking.
•Experience in Haematology market will be an advantage
•Experience in launch of new product and develop access programs is a plus.
•Experience in digital commercialization will be an advantage
•For Senior Product Manager Position, a 5+ yrs in marketing experience is desirable.
•Strong track records in new product launch and drive early market access.
•Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
•Strong management skill and ability to work independently
•Able to establish and communicate clear marketing objectives with clearsuccess measures.
•Know how to motivate Sales Force to achieve or exceed set goals.
•Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good commands withsystem such as SAP, E-workflow, Mercury, Concur, etc. is a plus.

Salary : 1,00,000 – 1,25,000 / Month
Location : Remote for next 3 months I After 3 months – Mumbai
