This is a great opportunity for a student seeking a career in Senior Digital Marketing Manager to gain practical experience in a rapidly growing and exciting business. The role will be lead communication activities communication architecture. He or she will query the brand culture and brand uniqueness to make them competitive.
The role will also create brand strategy copywriting topics, a suitable KOLs, brand cooperation or offline activities according to the brand strategy.
According to the brand products, assist to provide the preliminary Be responsible for leading all online social activities: planning, organization, execution, tracking, and reporting
Be responsible for strategy, content creation team and helping adapt messaging to different social channels.
Be responsible for project management, client communications, campaign promotion and reporting
Resourceful to ensure proper execution and achievement of KPI goals.
Develop copy and content for clients’ social media accounts e.g. WeChat and Weibo
Develop high-level conception and ideation for social media program that generate conversation and brand engagement. Own the brand story for our clients across all channels, maintain a consistent voice and vision.
Control the execution and progress of projects.
Ensure the operation is fully aligned with the group’s required procedures and system.
Refer to the Managing Director regularly to update action, make sure the consistency of all projects’ orientation and for advice on strategy and tactical issues
Support the development of internal processes to improve efficiency
Prepare accurate and detailed briefs and status report
Measure the profitability of Communication team and propose financial expense control suggestion and comment to Managing Director.
The ideal candidate to work with G-commerce Shanghai will have the following attributes and experience:
Must be fluent in both Chinese and English
Leadership/Management experience in advertising/digital/Social agencies.
Understand client brand DNA and unique characteristics that set them apart from competitors
Responsible for maintaining and developing social media channels and controlling the costs.
Be knowledgeable of China social media (Weibo, WeChat, Tiktok, KOLs, etc.) and digital marketing tools available.
Must have good communication and presentation skills, be teamwork oriented, cheerful and talkative.

At least 3 years related working experience in social media or advertising company is preferred
Bachelor degree or above, major in Chinese, journalism, marketing, advertising design is preferred
