Job Description

Robin8 is seeking a part-time/full-time Sales Manager with professional experience working on sales targeting, prospecting and outreach. Robin8 is a rapidly growing startup based in Shanghai, China and New York City, USA. As we continue to build our data, driven KOL/ KOC platform, we will need to develop and execute against a well-designed sales strategy. The successful candidate will be given significant responsibility and will impact our organization by enhancing our corporate relationship development and revenue generation activities.

Responsibilities:
•Generating new business and maintaining existing relationships in the corporate market.
•Ensure all sales goals and objectives are achieved and within prescribed time frame.
•Build a strong sales team with expertise in both technical and selling skills
•Build a strong sales pipeline with monthly KPI
•Drive for the improvement in the sales management and process efficiency
•Drive business strategies via various online and offline sales & marketing channels including socialmedia, advertising, direct mails, publicity/public relations events etc
•Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from customer base, to broaden productspenetration and optimize profit and increase revenue
•Prepare detailed reports with recommendations for their clients and will up sell when an opportunitypresents itself.

Qualification:
•2-3 year of sales experience, business or relevant degree
•Excellent customer service skills
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
•Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong sales drive
•Good leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•Proficient in MS Office, Excel, etc
•Hard working, willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Base plus commission
Location: Shanghai, China
