Position Description
Work on the product roadmap by analysing proposed product requirements and product development status, establishing sprints with engineering
Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer support regularly and get feedback with data analysis to strengthen the product further
Test the product and generate bug/ backlog reports
Create sprints with the engineering team and track development
Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors products.
Determine customers needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
Assess product market data by calling on customers with salespeople and evaluating sales call results
Create product reports and analyses
Qualification:
Education: Engineering, Computer Science
Familiar with softwares like JIRA, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics and basic CRM tools
Effective inter-personal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Good problem solver with an analytical bent of mind
Exhibits initiative and demonstrates the ability to function independently
Fluent in English
