Platform88 was founded to help consumer product startups. We own multiple factories in China, one in Cambodia, and have JV partners in India and Vietnam. Our goal is to use our considerable resources and twenty years of manufacturing experience to launch emerging brands. We are focused on sustainable design and putting an end to disposable culture. We seek out companies and products who need help understanding how to do this. We’re currently looking for a marketing associate to help with attracting new customers, interviewing prospects, developing social media, and blogs.

Responsibilities include

  • Grow the community! You’ll build on our database of influencers (e.g. Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Bloggers, Twitch…etc)
  • Pitch and negotiate paid partnership with social influencers and influencer agencies and foster long term organic relationship with them
  • Coordinate weekly influencer content research and support testing content briefs based on various campaign objectives – inclusive of engagement, brand awareness and sales
  • Assist implementing and managing multiple influencer campaigns and budgets across channels from ideation to launch to optimize the brand presence and values with end-to-end solutions
  • Manage and maintain a healthy influencer database portal, as well as meet weekly / monthly / quarter KPIs for global projects
  • Manage analytical tools to track and evaluate the performance and ROI of various marketing and influencer campaigns
  • Work with external vendors and cross-functional teams to push forward marketing agendas

Experience & Requirements

  • University Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in influencer and social media marketing in consumer product  field
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English is a MUST (Fluent in Cantonese will be an advantage)
  • Practical skills and knowledge of influencer management and social media marketing – especially on these platforms: Youtube, Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong sense in influencer demographics, profiles and emerging trends
  • Strong planning, analytical (data-driven mindset), creative, result-oriented, and able to work proactively and independently
  • Strong collaborative working style and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
  • Solid exposure to the US market is an advantage
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered for an Senior Marketing Associate position
