– Human Resource Management 人力资源管理
– Work closely with Director to manage the team and adjust recruitment planning.
– Depend on recruitment planning define job descriptions.
– Be accountable for identifying and expanding job posting channels upon various requests.
– Settle the interview, schedule the time with candidates and department managers.
– Manage employee hire procedure follow the legal policy, manage compensation and welfare depend on the team structure burger plan.
– KPI evaluation execute, make sure use KPI to track the employee’s job performance insure to improve the team level of work.
– Always care of the relations between company and employees, discover and solve the problem timely.
– Dig the potential of our team and employee, plan the team building for cheer up the team cohesiveness.
– Company culture training, guides and manuals, training and execute.
– Maintain the office condition and equipment, documents filing, etc.
– Supply collection and negotiation.
– Assist the administrative qualification documents required, and application to different company accounts if need.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
· Ethics & Integrity – High degree of personal integrity in all business dealings
· A great team player with a great attitude, with the ability to communicate and effectively influence others.
· Well organized, courageous, flexible but decisive, positive
· Mandarin and English – Fluent Native or Native-Like written and oral
普通话和英语 – 精通书面、口头表达
· College degree or above,
· HR major or Ecommerce experience is preferred.
