Using Toch’s platform, OTT companies can identify the right opportunities to present ads based on crowd excitement levels in sporting areas, helping broadcasters increase monetization from ad sales.
We’re looking for HR and Admin Office Manager to oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office. Performs a wide variety of operations duties including full-scope human resources, administrative operations, with oversight of office procurement and General IT support.
•Manage the supporting team to deliver HR and administration serviceswhich include but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment,compensation & benefits, training & development, insurance, officeadministration, restaurant license application and renewal
•Formulating and implementing HR policies & procedures which suitablefor company standards
•Forecast and control HR budgeting, provide statistical analysis andreports to management related to HRA areas for decision making.
•Coordinate and maintain effective communications with all linemanagers and external parties to ensure excellent execution of humanresources initiatives
•Handle ad-hoc projects assigned
•Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline
•Minimum 8 years of HR and administrative experience, at least 5 yearsor above in middle management level, preferable in catering industry
•Familiar with employment related ordinances in China
•Mature, multi-tasking and with good leadership skills
•A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonalskills
•Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
•Proficiency in computer literacy, with experience in ERP/SAP Systempreferred;
•Immediate available is preferred
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Salary : 25,000-30,000/Month
Location : Remote for next 3 months I After 3 months – Mumbai
