Job Description 岗位描述

  • Strategic role responsible for initiating strategic changes within company
  • Shape Future business plans for International brands
  • Be responsible for all ecommerce platforms promotions and operations.

To be more specific:

  • Brand Ecommerce content development, pricing & promotion strategy with managing own Ecommerce operations teams and in partnership with brands’ operation teams.
  • Brand portfolio strategies by working closely with communication teams
  • Inventory forecasting, planning and lifecycle management.
  • Involve in Online creative strategy and execution, including technical development.
  • Overall online promotional strategy in sales platforms (P&L)
  • Continuous improvement of customer fulfillment process and satisfaction Shipping pricing/expense management
  • Continuous improvement of customer sales & service satisfaction through Customer service 3rd party or internal customer service management
  • Control and manage ecommerce department’s P&L.
  • Manage annual budgeting process with finance.
  • Align team objectives to overall financial and business goals.
  • Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales and profit goals.
  • Own and develop all critical ecommerce relationships.
  • Manage the coordination between cross divisional business partners (e.g. Communication, Finance, Logistics) to ensure the successful operation of the group.


The Successful Applicant 申请条件

  • 7-10 years combined consumer and ecommerce experience
  • Ability to generate new and creative solutions and processes to business issues which align with brands values/vision resulting in continuous performance improvement
  • Ability to make decisions and set priorities that meet financial goals.
  • Ability to understand the strategies of key competitors and formulate tactical, reactive plans
  • University / Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong leadership, people development and team building skills
  • Superior communications skills; fluent in English Experience within a multi-national corporation preferred
  • Experience in a matrixed organization/reporting structure preferred
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Able and willing to work in a medium size organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
  • High level of integrity and loyalty
