Data Director 数据总监
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO 主要职责

 The role is responsible for data operation, delivering and business of the company
这个职位负责公司的数据操作、交付和业务数据
 The role will lead a team to deliver data excellence, while working with all teams of the company as well as stakeholders in the company and outside of the cooperation.
该职位将领导一个团队提供卓越的数据,同时与公司所有团队以及公司内外的利益相关者合作。
• Purchase or collect qualified data for the needs of research and consultant to all clients across Shanghai, Hong Kong and any other to be established locations
为上海、香港和其他拟建立的地点的所有客户购买或收集满足研究和咨询需求的合格数据
• Process gained data into qualified forms, includes but not limited to: text mining, image recognition, desensitizing and etc. by hiring relevant talents or working with partners
通过雇佣相关人才或与合作伙伴合作,将获得的数据处理成合格的表格,包括但不限于:文本挖掘、图像识别、脱敏等
• Automate data processing and delivering to the best efficient of the market by employing tools and newthinking
通过使用工具和新的思维方式,处理自动化数据并实现最佳的市场交付效率
• Produce, manage and regular update dashboards in any forms by working with tech team in and outside of the company, for making sure meeting expectations of the business and users
通过与公司内外的技术团队合作,生产、管理和定期更新任何形式的业务解决方案和面板,以确保满足业务和用户的期望
• Commercialize and sell data offerings in any forms (processed data, API, dashboard) to meet business

KPIs
商业化和销售任何形式的数据产品(处理数据、API、业务解决方案和面板),以满足业务关键绩效指标
• The role is to manage the success of above responsibilities of the team by meeting all KPIs, smooth and stable managing people, and forming good partnerships for the company.
其职责是通过达成所有关键绩效指标,顺利稳定地管理人员,并与公司构建良好的合作关系
• Share and initiate new ways of handling data and drive innovation
分享并开创处理数据和推动创新的新方式
• Work with company global data and product teams of ensuring compliances to global and China
legislations
与公司全球数据和产品团队合作,确保遵守全球和中国法律

• Making sure data security by not breaching any legislation of operating markets and compliances needs of the managing group and relevant stakeholders
确保数据安全,不违反运营市场的任何法规和管理团队及利益相关者的合规需求

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, Internet and big data background; Familiar with data collection, processing, text mining and data automation;
本科及以上学历,互联网及大数据背景,熟悉数据采集、处理、文本挖掘及数据自动化;
2. More than 7 years of working experience, including more than 3 years hands on data operation and experiences in managing a team for achieving business goals
7 年以上工作经验,包括 3 年以上数据操作经验和为实现业务目标而管理团队的经验
3. Proficient in using data related programing, automation tools.
熟练使用数据相关编程、自动化工具。
4. Keen industry insight, familiar with data market and solutions, with product innovation thinking;
敏锐的行业洞察力,熟悉数据市场和解决方案,具有产品创新思维;
5. Excellent communication, coordination and organization skills, strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance;
良好的沟通、协调和组织能力,责任心强,抗压能力强;
6. Excellent prototype design ability, document writing ability, oral expression ability and thinking logic ability.
优秀的原型设计能力、文档写作能力、口头表达能力和思维逻辑能力。
