Our application is one of the best apps that supports women during pregnancy, we have more than 1 million active users round the world monthly. Now articles are translated into 9 languages.
One of the company’s values is attention to each user.
That is why we are expanding the support department and are looking for a Customer Support
Manager – a person who will take responsibility for responding to user reviews in each language (Thai/Vietnamese/Indonesian/Malay/Hindi/Filipino/Tamil).
• to respond to messages from users in chat / e-mail
• to respond to reviews in stores
• to communicate with technical specialists
• 1 year or more experience in a similar position in a B2C mobile solution
• English – Upper-Intermediate
• the ability to handle conflicting cases
• desire to help people in solving their problems and kindness
• a big plus would be knowledge of few languages
