Customer Success Manager Intern | TravelRight
TravelRight Limited is looking for our Customer Success Manager Intern to join our smart claim management team.
We are creating killer solution for air disruption pain-point, which will impact the entire airline aftersales care and benefit passengers, airlines and many other travel industry players.
We are first Air Compensation platform in Asia and our company got nominated as one of the most innovative startups in the ITB China 2019, and we partner with major online travel agents from China (Web: www.travelright.cn. WeChat public page：Travelright).
We are moving forward to expend our market to rest of Asia since 2020. This is a great opportunity to create a high-value solution while working in a dynamic and international entrepreneurial environment.
Customer Success Management:
- Updating the Q&A / client service materials
- Supporting clients by phone/ emails/ online messages
- Coordinating with partners to better service clients
- Verifying claims and documents
- Updating the database in our system
- Identifying and solving the problems
- Coordinating with the operational teams from our partners and legal team from our company
- Managing Web and Email content:
- Create great air compensation service content for customer education
- Designing commercial presentations for potential partners
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Graphic design is a plus
- Fully fluent, good writing skills in both English and Chinese.
- Great communication and organization skills
- Experience in content marketing.
- Multi-tasking ability
6 month intern contract, start ASAP, with possibility to extent long-term contract
