Customer Service


  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin(optional)
  • Skills required: Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Device required: Must have your own laptop


  • Provide support, answer calls, reply to the help desk, live chat, Facebook, Twitter, and send emails to customers.
  • Generate shipping documents and process shipments.
  • Arrange for pick-up, get off, and return.
  • Work with suppliers to provide customer service and follow up claims/lost/returns/damaged goods, etc.
  • Monitor freight activity and display reports.
  • Must be able to work independently and focus.
  • Must be able to demonstrate teamwork spirit in the customer service team.
  • Prepare monthly reports.


  • Internship allowance
  • 9am-6pm from Monday to Friday.
  • Closed on public holidays.
