- Device required: Must have your own laptop
- Provide support, answer calls, reply to the help desk, live chat, Facebook, Twitter, and send emails to customers.
- Generate shipping documents and process shipments.
- Arrange for pick-up, get off, and return.
- Work with suppliers to provide customer service and follow up claims/lost/returns/damaged goods, etc.
- Monitor freight activity and display reports.
- Must be able to work independently and focus.
- Must be able to demonstrate teamwork spirit in the customer service team.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Internship allowance
- 9am-6pm from Monday to Friday.
- Closed on public holidays.
