What’s this about?
ATIOM is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to help us grow our customer community in Asia. This role will be based in Shanghai and focused on China initially with room to expand in Asia. In this role, candidates should expect to make a large impact on the company. Good communication and organizational skills is a must and we encourage you to have an entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for people who like to hunt for opportunities, nurture relationships and learn every day. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Some of your responsibilities are:
• Consistently deliver impact with existing and new clients
• Develop relationships with key potential clients and help build our community
• Lead introductory sales calls, follow-up conversations and product demos
• Provide constant feedback to leadership on marketing and product so that we can continuously improve our technology
• Support in resolving client challenges
• Build and maintain a productive client pipeline

We are looking for:
• Native Chinese speaker with strong English speaking skills
• An ability to grasp clients needs and increase customer engagement
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
• 3 years of sales, customer service or marketing experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, CRM software and other tools is a plus
