The Unique Opportunity
Due to continuing business success and company expansion plans, The CareVoice is seeking to appoint outstanding candidates who will
be responsible for the development of promotional channels for tailor made health insurance products.

Job Description
Mission : Open and manage new promotional channels in order to generate qualified leads for health insurance products. Follow up
relationships with brokers and insurers in order to increase conversion into actual sales.

Responsabilities :
 Identify and open promotion and distribution channels in order to reach targeted audience identified for health insurance products and thus generate qualified leads.
 Build, implement and follow-up cooperation model with the channels identified.
 Develop competitive incentive strategies for promotional channels.
 Follow through with channels and ensure satisfaction and having a high percentage of conversion.
 Demonstrate company products and solutions and train brokers and promotion channels.
 Monitor, understand and propose actions in order to optimize leads conversion rate.

Main outcomes : qualified high quality leads.
Knowledge & Experience
 Bachelor degree required
 +3 years of professional experience in B2B or BtoC sales and/or business development
 Track record in sales
 Fluent in Chinese
 Insurance/brokerage / health-tech experience
 Extensive network in sport industry
 Experience in a start-up or new sales department
 Fluent in English
