Jim is President of HoYoverse, a leading global interactive entertainment company committed to creating immersive virtual world experiences for players globally.
Prior to joining HoYoverse, Jim was at Supercell, where he founded and led its Shanghai office, serving as the General Manager and Head of Global Studio.
Before that, he worked in a number of corporate development, strategy, investment and product management roles at Tencent and Riot Games. He started his career in the finance industry, as a founding team member & private equity investor at PAG Asia Capital and as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.
